If you’ve ever tried to let go of restriction an If you’ve ever tried to let go of restriction and ended up face down in a bag of chips thinking, “Wait… I actually feel worse?” you’re not alone.

That “out of control” feeling doesn’t mean you’re failing.

It means your body is finally exhaling after years of being micromanaged.

But, also — no, it doesn’t have to feel this chaotic.

With consistency, curiosity, and support—this can feel peaceful.

Ever felt this way?

Which one do you relate to most? 🤣 Which one do you relate to most? 🤣
If you’ve given up dieting, tell me in the comme If you’ve given up dieting, tell me in the comments how it’s benefitted you 🫶🏻

Do you still diet?
December is typically month where people say “wh December is typically month where people say “whatever” to anything nutrition related & say “I’ll start in January”, usually with some plans to do some restrictive diet…all with good intentions.

But what happens isn’t that. You end up eating all the things in December because you won’t have them come January, feel terrible, and then maybe stick with the restriction for a couple of weeks until it feels too hard and you revert back without actually making any changes.

I’ve seen some people stuck in this cycle for 50 years and it breaks my heart 💔

You don’t have to live on the dieting hamster wheel. Instead, think about what it would be like to have a consistent relationship with food.

Imagine being able to enjoy your favorite foods, but still support your health AND feel good.

It’s possible & the first step is allowing yourself to break up with the diet cycle 🫶🏻
