Eating Disorder Dietitian — Dr. Kate Brock, DCN, CEDS
Are you ready to leave behind living with the constant weight of negative self-talk and a ridiculously harsh inner critic? Tired of dodging social gatherings because of the way food makes you feel anxious? Feeling isolated and bogged down with the thought of food never leaving your mind?
As an eating disorder dietitian, I help adults and teens heal from disordered eating & rebuild trust with their bodies.
Eating Disorder Nutrition Therapy
Your eating disorder feels safe, but it’s getting in the way of you fully showing up in your life. You feel terrified of letting it go, but also know it’s not serving you.
You’re ready to make a change and take back control of your life, but you’re unsure of the next step. The good news is, you don’t have to take that next step alone.
Through one-on-one nutritional counseling, I partner with teens & adults who are ready and motivated to take their first step toward recovery from eating disorders and disordered eating.
Imagine living without guilt around food, no more restricting, bingeing, or obsessing over every bite.
That’s possible, and together, we’ll make that your new reality.
