Does this sound like you? You’re always going ou Does this sound like you?

You’re always going outside of yourself looking for the next thing, the magic fix, the perfect plan with nutrition. Maybe you find yourself searching instagram for the one thing that is going to be the new thing you try but you know there will be more because nothing ever sticks.

If you keep giving into these quick fixes, I have bad news for you, you’re going to keep feeling stuck.

Because the issue usually isn’t just about what you’re eating. It’s how you think, feel, and interact with food.

And that doesn’t get fixed with another quick fix plan where you do something extreme for a short period of time and then end up right back, or worse off, then where you started.

It gets better when you start to:
- eat more consistently (even when it feels imperfect)
- stop swinging between “on track” and “off track”
- build trust with your body instead of overriding it

This is the work most people skip because it’s not sexy work, and that’s why nothing ever seems to stick.

If you’re ready to get off the hamster wheel, follow along for more tips on how to have a supportive and healthy relationship with food.
